Our BAR 11 signature w/ rich combination of Absolute Vanilla, Baileys,
house made coffee and date reduction, fresh espresso shaken & served

—  Chill out  —
A fruity concoction of mix berries & fresh lychees blended to chill out 
w/ Vanilla vodka, lychee liqueur. Never try, never know! 

—  Mango & Passionfruit Colada  —
Bringing the tastes of the Caribbean to the Gold Coast.
This fresh and fruity cocktail combines Bacardi, Malibu & Mango liqueur
blended w pineapple juice, coconut cream and fresh mango with a twist of Passionfruit.

—  Coriander ‘n’ Chilli Margarita —
Delight your senses w/Tequila, Cointreau & Triple Sec, shaken w fresh lime,
coriander, chilli, cranberry juice and cloudy apple juice                                

—  French Mojito  —
Bacardi Rum & Chambord w fresh lime, mint, mixed berries and sugar, topped w/ champagne.  
It’s complex and refreshing, everything you could wish for.

—  Lemon Meringue Martini  —

Limoncello, vanilla vodka, Cointreau and Cloudy apple juice, shaken w/ sour mix and
toasted meringue foam. Sweet, sour and smells like heaven.

— Tokyo Bonsai —

The Flowery twist on our favourite and keeping it cool w/ muddled cucumber,
Plymouth gin, apples,  lime & mint shaken ‘n’ served on the rocks

—  Wild Passion Fusion —

A controversial combination of floral flavours, wild with the fusion of tequila,
Midori & passionfruit Liqueur shaken w/ lime, cloudy apple juice and finished fresh mint leaves.

—  Strawberry & Lime Caprioska —

           Bedazzle your senses with this tangle of flavors featuring Strawberry & lychee liqueur mix w/ vodka and the freshness of muddled lime, strawberries, lychees.

—  Midori Splice—

  Midori with Malibu rum, pineapple juice and cream layered on top

—  Negroni  —
Made of one part gin, one part vermouth Rosso, and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel.

—  Old Fashioned —
When you’re in the mood for a bonafide classic. Whiskey of your choice combined with bitters, sugar, and flamed orange.

—  Tommy’s Margarita —
A modern classic variation on the classic Margarita, a crisp blend of tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice and agave syrup served on the rocks.                              

—  Cosmopolitan  —
Lip-smacking sweet and sour mix of vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and freshly squeezed lime juice.

— Mojito  —
Traditional Cuban summer consisting of white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water and mint.

— Strawberry Mojito  —
Refreshing of strawberry, mint, lime, white rum, strawberry liqueur, sugar, lime juice, soda, lemonade

— Whiskey Sour —
This will Ticks all the boxes. Celebrate this beloved spirit whiskey, lemon juice, sugar, and optionally, a dash of egg white.

— Amaretto Sour —
Want to sweeten things up? Amaretto, lemon juice, sugar, and optionally, a dash of egg white.

— Espresso Martini —
Vodka with Kahlua liqueur, espresso coffee, chocolate powder and fresh coffee beans on

The Hangovers cure containing vodka, tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauces, olives, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, lime juice.
